  Positif: Beau studio avec une décoration très douce dans les gris et blanc. Très calme dans une petite courette charmante. Tout était très bien en termes d’équipement - machine à laver - Lachine à café - fer à repasser- aspirateur....,et même des produits d’entretien. L’hôtesse d’accueil très à l’écoute du locataire - elle s’est déplacée un dimanche pour remettre la télé et la wifi en marche - tres sympathique. Négatif: Les escaliers étaient durs à monter.

  Positif: emplacement privilégié dans Saint Germain, au calme très proche du centre à pieds.. Négatif: Les coussins du canapé n'étaient pas attachés et glissaient, assise difficile. Globalement l'appart est très bien, bien équipé, bien situé et Johanna accessible et sympa. :-).

  Positief: Zeer goed geëquipeerd, zeer schoon en gastvrije sfeer in de studio. De locatie is uitstekend en heerlijk rustig. Negatief: De ruimte is erg smal waardoor je moeilijk langs de bank (bed) kunt komen.

  Positief: Ruim appartementje met een goed bed in aparte slaapkamer. Heel rustig gelegen. Aan eindhalte van de metro.. Negatief: De hoge stoelen zijn niet zo comfortabel om te zitten..

  Положительный: Очень удобное расположение. Мы приехали к детям и внучке, которые проживают рядом с апартаментами. Очень удобно для тех, кто приехал с туристической целью. Апартаменты расположены в историческом центре города, исторические достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Много магазинчиков и уютных кафешек. RER A в пяти минутах ходьбы, на нём до Парижа езды около получаса. Апартаменты очень чистые и комфортабельные, есть все необходимое для проживания. Очень благодарны хозяевам за гостеприимство и подарки. Мы приехали в Рождественский сочельник, нас ожидало приветственное письмо, бутылка шампанского и рождественская свеча. Спасибо большое! Было очень приятно!.

  الإيجابية: تعامل راقي جدا من المالك. السلبية: تفاجئت بأنها تتبع ل سان جيرمان ضواحي باريس وليست في باريس وهذا كان غير واضح في الوصف بعيده من المترو ومن قلب مدينه باريس.

  Positive: It's a small apartment with a lot to offer. The fold out couch bed is super comfortable. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Proximity to stores, downtown, the park, chateau and the RER Pretty clean, we did have to vacuum a lot of dust bunnies. Negative: The washing machine/dryer did not dry The lights over the cook area did not come on when pressing the button on the range vent hood The last night the hot water did not work and I had to take a cold shower Wish the non-stick pans could have been better quality, but they worked, just the same. We also would have preferred a regular coffee pot.

  Positiv: Die äußerst zentraler Lage in der Altstadt. Dennoch sehr preisgünstige, relativ nah gelegene erreichbare Garage.. Negativ: Für die Garageneinfahrt mit der zur Verfügung gestellten Karte wäre es sehr sinnvoll, ein Foto des Kassenautomaten zur Verfügung zu stellen, auf welchem dann per Pfeil angegeben wird, an welchen Teil die Karte zum einzigen hingehalten werden muss, und nicht in den Kartenschlitz eingesteckt werden darf !.

  Θετικό: το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και ο χώρος σου ενέπνεε ζεστασιά. βρίσκεται σε μια πολύ ήσυχη τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στο rer. η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. το κρεββάτι ήταν άνετο. παρόλο που είχε πολύ κρύο τις ημέρες της διαμονής μας, το δωμάτιο ήταν τόσο ζεστό που εκπλαγήκαμε. η επικοινωνία με την ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πολύ καλή. θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα.. Αρνητικό: το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται αρκετά έξω από το κέντρο του παρισιού και η επιστροφή μας το βράδυ ήταν κουραστική..

  Positiva: Tenía de todo para poder cocinar, céntrico en el pueblo y cerca de la parada para coger el tren a tan sólo 8 minutos andando. Estaba limpito y era muy acogedor. La cama muy cómoda aunque a partir del segundo día al moverte hacía algo de ruido.. Negativa: Las almohadas eran un poco altas pero le escribí a Johana comunicándoselo y al menos pudo conseguir una más fina. No vimos en ningún momento a nadie de la recepción o persona encargada de los apartamentos, aunque en todo momento Johana estuvo en contacto conmigo dándome toda la información y estando pendiente por si todo iba bien. Que en el precio no estuviera ya incluida la limpieza del apartamento aunque sabía de antemano que se pagaba a parte..
